Think you've got Princeton's best salsa? Sign up below and bring your homemade salsa made with local ingredients to Tomatopalooza for a chance to earn bragging rights and a Princeton Farmers Market gift certificate!

Location: Princeton Farmers Market at Hinds Plaza

Competition Guidelines

• Salsa must be homemade by the registered contestant.

• Salsa should feature locally grown ingredients whenever possible.

• Please prepare approximately 2 cups of salsa to ensure there is enough for judging.

• Contestants must bring their salsa in a sealed, food safe container.

• Label your container with your name and the name of your salsa.

• Please arrive between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM for check-in and setup.

• Judging will begin promptly at 1:00 PM.

• Winners will receive eternal Princeton salsa bragging rights and a Princeton Farmers Market gift certificate!
